Robb is Executive Director of the Massachusetts Land Trust Coalition.

The Pioneer Valley has been close to my heart since I moved from the Midwest to Massachusetts in 1988. Some of my closest friends and most kindred spirits reside there, and much of our time together has been spent hiking, biking and skiing through the region’s beautiful conserved landscapes. What a pleasure it is to know and work with so many of those responsible for preserving the Valley’s bountiful natural resources for the benefit of future generations. Kestrel’s impressive track record of accomplishments—many involving diverse and creative partnerships—is a model for the entire land trust community in Massachusetts and across the country. Here’s to Kestrel’s continued success in the next 50 years and beyond!
