Elizabeth BlaylockElizabeth Blaylock is an experienced management consultant and coach, working with leading healthcare and academic organizations. She began her consulting career with McKinsey and Company and then joined CFAR, where she led the Academic Medicine and Strategy Practices. She has also served as a manager and leader in mission-driven organizations, most recently as Vice President for Strategic Learning and Development at Christiana Care Health System, and before that as Senior Vice President for Programs at the American Board of Internal Medicine. Elizabeth describes herself as a deeply invested neighbor to land conservation. She’s spent a lot of her life in New England and being outside in the natural environment has always been important to her. Elizabeth is motivated to help ensure that her son will always be able to enjoy the outdoors as much as she has.
