Story Walk: Night, Night Valley!
July 17, 2020 - February 28, 2021

Add a little magic to your next family outing in the woods with our Story Walk!
Take a walk through the woods at the Greenberg Family Conservation Area in Westhampton and celebrate beloved places in the Pioneer Valley with the story “Night, Night Valley“ written by local author Jennifer Page and beautifully illustrated with watercolor paintings by local artist Rachel Chapman. The book’s pages are installed along the trail, leading you through this lush forest in Westhampton. It’s a perfect outing for families, and anyone else who loves art in nature!
To find the Story Walk, enter from the parking area on Southampton Road and head to the yellow-blazed Central Loop trail. The end of the story will bring you to the Gathering Circle: the hub of the Greenberg Family Conservation Area. Don’t forget to visit the picturesque brook while you’re there! Download a map here.
The Story Walk is now open, and will remain in place through this spring. You are welcome to visit it at any time during daylight hours.
Please remember to follow these common-sense safety measures.
