Robert Frost Trail Adopter Interest Meeting
March 23, 2022 @ 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

Do you love to hike or trail run? This might be the opportunity for you!
Kestrel Land Trust is developing a Trail Adopter Program for the Robert Frost Trail (RFT), a decades-old, 42-mile trail that winds through nearly a dozen towns in the Valley east of the Connecticut River. Learn more about the trail’s location and history in this online trail guide.
As part of Kestrel’s RFT Revival project, we’re looking for individuals and groups interested in committing to inspecting an assigned section of the trail a few times a year, reporting to us on conditions, and performing light trail maintenance.
Join us on March 23 for an online interest meeting that will provide more information about the RFT, Kestrel’s efforts to revive it, and the responsibilities of a volunteer Trail Adopter. If becoming a Trail Adopter feels like a good fit for you, you’ll have the opportunity to sign up and attend an in-person trail maintenance training later in the spring.
