New Year’s Day 2021 Walk: Williamsburg

January 1, 2021 @ 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Start the New Year off right by getting outdoors with nature and friends old and new. Join Kestrel for our annual New Year’s Day walk in a new location in Williamsburg and Hatfield on Friday, January 1st, from 1:00 to 3:00pm.

(Is this too far from home? Join us for our other hike in Pelham instead.)

Come along with naturalist and educator John Body to explore part of the Horse Mountain Conservation Area, and see an amazing view of the hilltowns. Kestrel worked with the Towns of Williamsburg and Hatfield to help conserve this land in 2017.

This is a great opportunity to explore a new place, meet new people (safely!), and learn a little about the land you love at the same time.

Registration is required, but the walks are free of charge. Group size is limited to 20 participants. Due to COVID-19, masks will be required and social-distancing from others outside your household will be practiced.

Severe weather will cancel, and you’ll be notified by email.

NOTE: In order to protect the wildlife habitat at Horse Mountain dogs are not allowed, per Williamsburg Conservation Commission.

Happy New Year!
